We are currently recruiting an HR Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

Conduct recruitment and selection processes in line with defined profiles;

Participate in the welcoming, onboarding, and follow-up of new employees;

Support projects and initiatives across different Human Resources areas, ensuring alignment with the various stakeholders.

Profile:

Higher education;

Degree in areas such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or similar (preferred);

Training and/or professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in Retail, Restaurants, or Distribution;

Enjoys/has aptitude for communicating with others;

Adaptability, versatility, and proactivity;

Critical and strategic thinking.
