Trainer

It is very important for the development of our people, as it teaches and trains them. To be a good coach, one needs to be communicative, understanding, and know how to work in a team.

Employee

An employee provides customer service, prepares products, and ensures a pleasant customer experience from start to finish, adhering to quality and safety standards.

Manager

Leads and develops people to achieve the best results with quality and safety. Ensures the well-being of employees and clients and maintains good time management and communication.

Admin. Assistant

Performs administrative tasks. Manages all restaurant operations related to personnel procedures and assists the management team with employee onboarding.

Marketing Assistant

The focus of this role is to provide the best possible customer experience. It involves coordinating the Public Relations team, acting as a point of contact with customers, and managing processes within the restaurant.

Public Relations

Its main mission is to enhance the customer service experience by anticipating their needs through a genuine and warm relationship with both the customer and the team.
