We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team, whose main mission will be to contribute to and ensure the operational excellence of the restaurant, leading teams and ensuring a good experience for our customers.

Job description:

Coordinate and monitor restaurant management tasks;

Manage and comply with HACCP standards;

Manage people, products, and equipment in accordance with McDonald's values;

Ensure that established sales targets are met by planning and controlling available resources; 

Manage employee and assistant manager development programs, including operational integration and ongoing training.

Profile:

Higher education;

Degree in Management, Food Engineering, or similar areas (preferred);

Previous experience in team management and leadership, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or distribution sectors
