We are currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager to join our teams.


Job Description:

Lead and develop the restaurant team, ensuring employee motivation, retention, and development;

Manage employee development programs, including operational onboarding and ongoing training;

Ensure proper execution of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety standards;

Manage and plan restaurant operations, coordinating human and material resources to achieve sales and profitability targets;

Control costs and financial results, ensuring rigor in administrative processes and on-time execution;

Implement local marketing plans and campaigns, strengthening our connection with the community;

Promote an environment of excellence, ensuring total customer satisfaction and a differentiated experience.


Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Management or similar areas (preferred);

Previous professional experience in the field;

Critical and analytical thinking skills;

Strategic mindset;

Proactivity and leadership skills;

Results-oriented.
