Profile:

You have a college degree (preferred);

You have experience in customer service (preferable);

You love working in a team and communicating with empathy;

You are proactive, full of initiative, and ready to make things happen.

Job Description:

Welcome and accompany customers, ensuring a unique experience;

Anticipate needs and resolve situations with friendliness;

Create special moments for each customer;

Coordinate the front-of-house team to keep everything impeccable;

Train and motivate colleagues, in partnership with management.
