We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager to join our teams.


Job Description:

Coordination and support of the daily management tasks of a restaurant;

Managing and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards;

Managing people, products, and equipment in line with McDonald’s values;

Leading shifts and ensuring the best possible experience for both employees and customers.


Profile:

Currently enrolled in higher education or with a university degree completed;

Training and/or professional experience in team management roles, preferably in Food Service, Retail, or Distribution;

Teamwork and Communication skills;

Leadership, Proactiveness, and Autonomy;

Strong Decision-Making ability, adaptability, and resilience.
